Empowered and embodied Leadership: A Journey to Inclusive and Conscious Leadership

This one-day workshop, held in advance of the IAVCEI Scientific Assembly, offers an opportunity for early-career researchers and open-minded academics to explore the foundations of conscious and inclusive leadership through a process of deep personal inquiry and experiential learning. The core premise is that effective and sustainable leadership arises from a grounded connection to one’s authentic self, an alignment essential for meaningful scientific collaboration and community engagement.

The workshop environment is carefully designed to support reflective practice and intellectual renewal. It will take place at the Pavillon Gallatin, nestled within the historic Penthes Estate in Geneva, an inspiring setting overlooking Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, conducive to introspection and creativity.

Participants are invited to cultivate a leadership style that is conscious, integrative, and responsive to the complex demands of today’s scientific and global challenges.
